Why this exists
Local government does its business in public, but practically invisibly. Agendas appear as PDFs in folder trees. Minutes show up weeks later. Packets vanish when a site is redesigned. Almost nobody reads any of it, and there is usually no way to prove what a document said before it changed.
CivicWatch reads it and keeps the receipts. It is not an advocacy project and it takes no position on anything a body does — it records what was published, when, and tells you when something you care about moves.
