What these columns mean

In archive is the one that matters. “Copy held” means we have the bytes, fingerprinted and timestamped, and can still produce that document if the body edits or removes it. “Not yet fetched” means we have seen it listed and have not downloaded it — we can tell you it exists, but we cannot prove what it said.

Search looks at document titles only, not the text inside them. A document whose title does not contain your word will not appear here even if the word is on every page of it.
